LFCC Adult Missions Trip Interest Form

Please complete this form to express your interest in participating in a Missions Trip with Living Faith Christian Church. You must be at least 18 years old to register. 

In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus said “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” 

Being led by the Spirit to go and serve on a trip is gratifying to both you and the Lord. By completing this form, you are letting us know that you want to make yourself available to serve the Lord and whomever he places before you.
